Baird is a US wealth management, capital markets and asset management firm. The brief was to incorporate both of their London offices into one building, to improve the communication between departments and to improve the quality of the building to help them attract and retain staff. We worked with Baird from December 2004 with completion in February 2006. The constraints of the project included working in an occupied building with compliance issues, resulting in a complex phased programme. The results are fully refurbished office floors that have increased access to natural light and a new meeting room suite for external meetings on the ground floor.
