We worked with Overbury as their designer on a D&B contract for the phased refurbishment of the headquarters of Hewlett Packard – totalling 20,000m² over two buildings. The contract value was approximately £7 million and the programme 36 weeks. We implemented the concept design on the office floors however the key to the success of the project was not the design but the prioritising of information to enable the phasing to run smoothly which in turn enabled HP to be fully functional throughout. However we did design, detail and fully coordinate on site the reception area.
