We have worked with many contractors over the past ten years and have been asked to design a number of their offices. The most recent is Overbury who were looking to refurbish their London office. Initially we carried out a property strategy for the group Morgan Sindall to ascertain how to best use their two buildings in the west end of London. Overbury needed to expand so it was decided that they would become the sole occupier of 77 Newman St. This required a phase refurbishment of the building commencing on the fourth floor, then the fifth floor and finally the refurbishment of the ground floor from part meeting and office space into a dedicated meeting room suite with breakout space and coffee bar to the rear of the space plus first class WC and shower facilities. The refurbishment has been a huge success with the breakout space being used constantly for informal meetings and a great drop in space for staff visiting the building from their offices outside of London. |
